If, for some reason, you need to pause your Starlink RV, follow the process below:
- Use your favorite browser on your laptop to visit the Starlink official website.
- Then log into your account using your credentials
- Once on the main menu, navigate to locate the billing section
- Now click manage on the Roam Starlink plan you wish to pause
- From there, select Pause Service and proceed to confirm
- Once you confirm your service pauses immediately

To get a full refund, the kit must be undamaged and in good working condition.
If the kit surpasses the 30-day testing window, you only get a partial refund if you return within 12 months.
