- Pending – means you have placed the order, but Starlink has reviewed it yet
- Preparing Shipment: Now Starlink has reviewed your order
- Shipped: Finally, the company has processed and shipped your order, and the tracking number is available.

While Starlink doesn’t give you any estimated availability data of your preorder, it allows you to cancel and update the shipping address.
You want to check estimated preorder availability in your area, you can visit the Stalink availability map.
Put the cursor over your area map and get an estimated date of when Starlink will be available there.
Note that the date is not specific and may be pushed forward.
How to Cancel or Return a Starlink Order
Before you cancel your Starlink order, note that the waitlist is a first come, first serve.
Therefore, canceling may remove you from the list, and in case you want to order again, you will be down the serving order.

Once you reach the Order Summary section, select Return, and your order will be returned.
